עופר בן עוז, הקים את אופליי- O-FLY, על מנת לתת פתרונות יחודיים באמצעות הרב להב (רחפן), עופר מלווה את התפתחות טכנולוגיית הרחפנים והכלים הנשלטים מרחוק בעשור האחרון, ושותף לחזון לפיו הפתרונות שמספק הרב להב (רחפן) עשויים לקדם כמעט כל תחום של עשייה.

עופר בוגר ביה"ס להנדסאים של הטכניון וביה"ס לצילום קמרה אובסקורה, בעל רישיון מטיס כטב"ם ורישיון הפעלה אווירי מסחרי.

עבודות הצילום והמדידה מתבצעות באמצעות כלי טיס בעלי רישיון הנשלטים מרחוק לאחר שנבדקו ע"י משרד התחבורה ובהתאם למשימה הם טסים אוטונומית. כל פעילות החברה מותאמת לנהלי רשות התעופה האזרחית, בדגש על שמירת הבטיחות וכללי הטסת רב להב בכל מרחב פעולה.

תהליך העבודה מתבסס על הכרת צרכי הלקוח והתאמת הרחפן והציוד ההיקפי שעליו לצרכים אלה, כאשר מגוון הפתרונות הוא רחב ויצירתי, החל מצילום אווירי פשוט ועד להחדרת חיישנים לערוץ נחל.

Ofer Ben Oz, founder and operator of O-fly, has been following the development of drone technology in the last decade, and shares the vision that drone solutions may enhance every field of activity.

Ofer, graduate of the Technion School of Engineering and of the Camera Obscure School of Photography, holds an Unmanned aerial vehicle license and a commercial aerial operating license.

Projects of photography and measurements are carried out using licensed remote-operated drones. The firm's operation is based on a thorough study of the client's needs, and suiting the drone and its gear to those needs. The variety of solutions is wide and creative, from simple aerial photos to inserting sensors into a river creek.

O-fly's resume shows specialized measurement projects for the Dead Sea factories, assisting police and security units, photography of conservation and building projects, construction supervision, television productions, advertisements and more.
